Our wedding day was amazing and beautiful in every way! Our vision of the different colors turned out so beautiful and our venues were so unique! The outdoor feel is all we were looking for when we were looking at venues and the Chapel in the woods was BEYOND perfect! It rained earlier that day and that caused a bit of a set back since we had to set up late but it did not take away from how amazing that day was. The tacos and donuts were a hit too. While our wedding wasn’t extravagant or fancy, it was us and everyone had a blast celebrating with us.
Our first look 100%. We had it in the most beautiful location and our photographer surprised us by playing our favorite song right as I walked up to him. Now, every-time I hear this song, I am taken back to that moment, I feel all the emotions and joy in that moment and it makes my heart so warm.
The rest of the day kind of goes by so quick after that so that is so good to have.
If you can afford a wedding coordinator, definitely get one. Since I planned my wedding mostly by myself, I ended up delegating at the end but wasn’t able to communicate all the details needed that day so there was some confusing times on schedule and where things were. If you cannot afford a planner, rope in as many people to help you with things especially someone who isn’t family or in the bridal party. The other thing is, look at FB marketplace for wedding supplies, I got so much there that was like new. We did our wedding on a budget but did not compromise on the things that were most important to us.
Kind or the same thing! Having a day of coordinator who knows the order of the day and where everything should be. Focus on what the day is really is about which is you two, things will go wrong but its okay, let nothing ruin the joy of the special moments.
Having more day of coordinators and having a more structured rehearsal to get everyone on the same page.
