Bay Pointe Inn is undisputedly recognized for it’s exceptional hotel, entertainment and gorgeous waterfront view with no limitations to the changing seasons. The iconic place specializes in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings (where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace). Each celebration is held to the highest standards of service and Bay Pointe wedding promise of “making your special day amazing from the moment you and guests arrive”.
4 On-Site Premier Venues
Each couples is encouraged to explore the grounds of Bay Pointe when planning their wedding. The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa, Fireside Banquet Room and the all new Bay Pointe Woods, are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces that speak to all variety of styles and celebrations. With venue capaticities ranging from 50 – 300 guests, couples are sure to find the perfect space to say “I Do”.
Lakefront Pavilion – Seating up to 200 guests, the Lakefront Pavillion Is a unique waterfront setting for your dream wedding located on the shores of Gun Lake. Encompassing an “Up north feel without the travel,” the space is surrounded by lush landscaping, a variety of perennials and seasonal flowers and features an outdoor gas fireplace, patio, gas torches, granite bar, ceiling mounted gas heaters, and clear sides we lower in the event of inclement weather to ensure total guest comfort.
* Rental includes a 14×16 dance floor, 4 tall cocktail tables, round tables, chairs, auxiliary tables, linens, dishware and barware.
BoatHouse Villa – Built in 1886, The BoutHouse Villa is a 5,000 sqft ageless beauty that is both comfortably elegant and magnificently custom. Couples enjoy a “luxury backyard experience without the backyard cleanup. The villa sleeps 15 guests and is home to a game room with pool table, shuffleboard table, bar, and outdoor cabana.
* Rental includes: BoatHouse Villa, the ceremony, patio and courtyard setup for the day of your wedding. Setup includes an ice water display, unity table, use of the arbor, standard chairs for the ceremony, round tables, chairs, auxiliary tables, standard white linens, formal place settings and four tall cocktail tables for the reception.
Fireside Banquet Room – For couples looking for a more intimate space will find their dreams met in The Fireside Banquet Room. Perfect for your wedding day, rehearsal or anniversary dinner, the venue is sure to let sparks fly in front of the 12 foot fireplace and adjacent lakefront patio.
Bay Pointe Woods – The newest addition to the Bay Pointe family, Bay Pointe Woods is a unique equestrian style venue that you are sure to never forget. With on site ceremony accommodations up to 300 guest, a towering tree line entrance, 10 stylish cottages and lush garden there is more than enough space to host your ceremony, reception and stay.

“At Bay Pointe, we offer a luxurious Lakefront Pavilion as a dreamy wedding location. We are excited to announce the expansion of our pavilion to include a new bar, expanded dance floor, exterior and interior updates, and the addition of beautiful copper roof cupolas to match Bay Pointe Woods! The pavilion will include a new sidewalk nestled next to the shoreline of Gun Lake and the space will continue to be surrounded by lush landscaping and an outdoor gas fireplace. Estimated completion is February 2023, to be ready for our 2023 spring and summer weddings!
