River City Jazz Ensemble is a ten piece high society dance band, playing swing music from the big band era. Looking for the best in live music? River City is the Grand Rapids band of professionals. Our vocalist, Kathy Wagner, featured with the Grand Rapids Symphony and a dozen other national orchestras, can turn a tune into a wonderful moment. Want tunes with energy? The band gets invited yearly to perform at: Lowell Showboat Summer Concert Series in Lowell, Michigan. Jazz At The Zoo concert Series hosted by the West Michigan Jazz Society. Festival Of The Arts in June in downtown Grand Rapids.
