Classes offered morning, noon and evening - 7 days a week. Cascade Yoga Studio is an eclectic studio inspired by many styles of yoga from Ashtanga vinyasa to Iyengar to Anusura to Yin. We offer classes at all levels from beginner to advanced with varying temperatures ranging from 72 to 85 degrees. Some people come to yoga for pain relief, some as a form of exercise, and some as a way of life. Yoga encompasses all of these, but ultimately the main intention of yoga is to liberate the human being.
